The client provide property management services across the full lifecycle to enable customers to maximise commercial real estate value by aligning operational performance with business objectives. They are a global brand who work with a wide range of commercial and private customers in facilities management and real estate.
The client required “hands on” commercial support for a range of competitive bids for private sector companies including leading healthcare and retail clients. The client already operated sophisticated commercial contract management processes, and required support in operating and providing assurance against these.
Athena Commercial were engaged to provide contract reviews, contracts (and schedules) drafting and conduct contract and commercial negotiations. We also worked with the Commercial Director on a range of Integrated Facilities Management deals, and provide specialist advisory on Open Book contracting and incentivised deal structures to allow the client to provide the most compelling commercial model to meet tender requirements. This support enabled the business development team to successful win a number of bids, allowing further development of the facilities management division.
