The client was looking to ensure compliance with the incoming GDPR legislation and ensure contract terms and conditions accommodated for the revised data protection requirements.
Athena Commercial worked with the owner to mitigate and re-structure business operations to ensure GDPR compliance. We reviewed and provided a consultancy report on GDPR compliance, including balancing tests / impact analysis and recommendations for ensuring compliance. We then worked with the owner to implement a number of these improvements, including drafting revised standard terms and conditions (for both client and candidates) and providing advisory on digital marketing solutions to meet these objectives.
