Augustus Commercial developed and implemented a range of commercial processes, tools and templates including tender review and approval documentation, contract obligations matrices and standardised financial model. We also provided ad-Hoc Commercial Support to a range of contracts and bids, including in Digital Transformation for Healthcare and Retail clients, providing advisory to CEO, COO and SMT on a range of commercial issues, including contractual risk, contract obligations, commercial pricing and financial modelling.

Augustus Commercial worked with the owner to mitigate and re-structure business operations to ensure GDPR compliance. We reviewed and provided a consultancy report on GDPR compliance, including balancing tests / impact analysis and recommendations for ensuring compliance. We then worked with the owner to implement a number of these improvements, including drafting revised standard terms and conditions (for both client and candidates) and providing advisory on digital marketing solutions to meet these objectives.
