Client Objectives

The client was going through an internal transformation programme to novate IT contracts to a different government department, and required commercial expertise to analyse the existing contract suite and ensure novation's were managed in the correct manner and in accordance with law and policy.
The Outcome

Augustus Commercial were engaged to implement contract management processes, and to conduct a risk analysis on critical IT contracts, provided the client with a contractual risk analysis and suggested mitigations in support of the novation programme.
