Client Summary

The client was a leading Digital Transformation consultancy and integration partner who were working on behalf of one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations.

Client Objectives

The bank adopted a Software as a Service (SaaS) technology solution for Human Resources Management. The client was running an aggressive “big bang” implementation programme impacting 230,000 staff in 71 countries including integration of over 1000 interfaces into the new platform. The client was engaged as integration partner to support the bank in the development of designs, agile implementation methodology and change management.
The Outcome

Augustus Commercial were engaged to provide commercial and procurement services, including leading supplier negotiations with consultancies, and implementation of contract management policies and processes including change management, contract obligations, data protection and contractual governance. We also developed an account financial model to ensure our charging mechanism was consistent with the obligations within the client contract and transparent to the banks finance and procurement department.
