The client, a facilities management provider, needed to strengthen their bid capability to compete effectively for public and private sector contracts. They lacked a structured bid process and a centralised repository of corporate knowledge, case studies, and reusable content, which was limiting their ability to produce consistent, high-quality submissions at pace.
Outcome
(1) Led the bid process across multiple submissions, resulting in £2m in successful contract awards for the client.
(2) Drafted all bid responses, ensuring each submission was fully compliant, evaluator-focused, and aligned with the specific scoring criteria and client requirements.
(3) Developed a centralised knowledge database, consolidating corporate information, case studies, policies, accreditations, and reusable bid content into a single, structured repository.
(4) Established a repeatable bid management framework that enabled the client to respond to future opportunities with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.
