Public Sector Framework Registration Support
Get on the frameworks your buyers use, so you can compete for work the open market never sees.
Our public sector framework registration service helps UK suppliers get approved onto the frameworks and dynamic markets that public buyers use to award contracts. We find the right frameworks for you, write and manage the full application, and check every answer for compliance before submission. We secured three framework registrations for IT services provider Dig X, opening routes to central and local government buyers. Book a free consultation to find out which frameworks suit you.
Why framework registration matters
Being on the right frameworks is critical to winning public sector business. Without them, you are shut out of a large share of government contracts, because many buyers only award work through suppliers already on an approved framework.
Our framework registration service is designed to get your business approved and ready to compete. We identify the most relevant frameworks for your sector, manage the application from start to finish, and make sure your submission meets every technical, compliance and evaluation requirement.
Once you are registered, you can take part in closed opportunities, mini-competitions and direct awards that are not visible to the general market. We help you secure that position with as little effort as possible from your own team.
Frameworks under the Procurement Act 2023
The Procurement Act 2023 applies to procurements started on or after 24 February 2025. It replaces dynamic purchasing systems (DPS) with dynamic markets, and introduces open frameworks that can reopen to new suppliers at set points. Suppliers also need to register on the government's Central Digital Platform before they can take part. We help you understand which rules apply to each framework you target, because frameworks set up before the Act still run under the old regulations until they expire.
What's included in our framework registration services
You can use the full service or pick the elements you need.
Framework identification
We assess your capabilities and identify the most relevant frameworks, dynamic purchasing systems and dynamic markets. This includes:
- which ones are open now and worth applying for
- which are due to open and should be tracked
- which buyers use them and how they award work.
Full application delivery
We complete the entire registration process for you. This includes:
- answering all selection and compliance questions
- writing high-quality narrative responses
- preparing supporting documents such as case studies, policies and certificates
- managing submission deadlines and formatting requirements.
We also run a compliance check to make sure every element meets the buyer's expectations before submission.
Framework pipeline and alerts
We create a forward plan of the frameworks to apply for over the next 6 to 12 months. This helps you prepare in advance, so you avoid last-minute scrambles and missed deadlines.
Strategic positioning
We build each submission around the buyer's priorities. We focus on highlighting:
- your core strengths and differentiators
- evidence of past performance and sector knowledge
- your social value and added value contributions. Our social value service can help you build these.
Policies and supporting evidence
Most frameworks ask for policies and certificates at selection stage, such as data protection, cyber security, quality and environmental policies. If anything is missing, we help you put it in place. See our GDPR and cyber security policies services.
Not sure which frameworks are worth your time? Book a consultation and we will map them with you.
How we work
Our framework registration process follows five steps. Each step has a clear output, so you always know where your application stands.
- Assess your capabilities. We review your services, track record, accreditations, policies and target buyers. Output: capability summary and list of gaps to close.
- Map the frameworks. We identify the frameworks, DPSs and dynamic markets that fit your services, check eligibility and rank them by value to you. Output: framework strategy and 6 to 12-month pipeline.
- Prepare your evidence. We gather case studies, policies, certificates and financial information, and fill any gaps before the application opens. Output: evidence pack ready for submission.
- Write and check the application. We answer every selection, compliance and quality question, then run a full compliance check against the buyer's requirements. Output: submission-ready application.
- Submit and plan what comes next. We manage submission and clarification questions, then help you prepare for the call-offs and mini-competitions that follow an award. Output: submitted application and next-step plan.
Why it matters
- It opens the door to recurring and exclusive public sector opportunities.
- It cuts the time you waste on frameworks that are not suitable.
- It keeps your application fully compliant, so it is not rejected on a technicality.
- It builds credibility with public buyers and procurement teams.
Proof: results from our framework registration work
Three framework registrations delivered for Dig X
Dig X, an IT services provider, wanted to move into the public sector but had limited experience of framework procurement. We ran a capability assessment and framework mapping exercise, then drafted every narrative response and prepared all supporting documents. - Result: three successful framework registrations, opening routes to central and local government buyers. - Read the Dig X case study
Award on the £1.5bn PB4 Public Buildings framework
A house builder and construction company needed a place on LHC Procurement Group's PB4 framework, which covers public building construction, refurbishment and civil infrastructure across the UK. Evaluation was weighted 75% quality and 25% price. We led the application strategy, response drafting, compliance management and submission. - Result: successful award on the £1.5bn framework, giving access to local authorities, NHS bodies, housing associations and central government. - Read the PB4 framework case study
More framework registration results
- Three framework awards for a cyber security IT reseller across central government, local authority and defence.

Our own framework credentials

Sectors we support
Defence
Defence buyers use frameworks to reach specialist suppliers, often with security requirements built in. We have secured framework awards for cyber security suppliers giving access to defence opportunities, and our team holds Security Check (SC) clearance. Read our guide to UK MoD procurement.
NHS and health
NHS frameworks set strict requirements for data protection, quality management and sector accreditations. We secured two NHS framework registrations for My Heart Care after a full eligibility and compliance assessment. Read how to win NHS contracts.
Construction
Much public construction work is awarded through large regional and national frameworks. We secured a place on the £1.5bn PB4 framework for a construction client. See our guide to construction procurement frameworks.
Technology
IT, cloud and cyber security suppliers win most government work through frameworks such as G-Cloud and DOS. We have delivered framework awards for Dig X, Unsung Ltd, Indigo IT and a cyber security IT reseller, and we hold places on G-Cloud 14 and DOS 7 ourselves. See our guide to technology procurement frameworks.
