Pecos Integration Support
Framework Description
Pecos Integration Support is a framework let by the Scottish Government (Scottish Procurement) and made available to APUC member institutions. It covers consultancy, development and support for integrating the PECOS eProcurement system with other systems. Applications for this framework are closed (it is not a DPS), and it runs to 4 November 2027 with an option to extend by 24 months to 4 November 2029.
Context & Use Case
Universities and colleges that use PECOS for purchasing use it when they need to connect it to finance systems, add punch-out catalogues, or change workflows. Public bodies across Scotland use PECOS, so the framework gives them shared access to specialists. Typical needs include integration projects, upgrades, training and ongoing technical support.

Who Can Apply
