Applications for this framework are closed, and it cannot be joined before it ends on 31 August 2027. With no extension available, NSS should re-tender soon. Regional builders, small contractors and landscapers should pick their board areas and value bands now, since the lot structure allows a firm to bid for one area rather than all of Scotland.
