Applications for this framework are closed (it is not a DPS), and it ends on 28 February 2027 with no extension option.

Scottish councils use it for washroom services across schools, offices and public buildings, and for sanitary product supply. APUC members can use it for campus washrooms. Because services and products sit in separate lots, a college could take washroom services from one supplier and buy sanitary products from another.
