Framework Description
The British Council's EU_1041 Framework for Influencers and UGC Content Creation was awarded on 10 June 2026 to seven suppliers based in Portugal, France, Hungary, Spain, Greece and Czechia. It provides user-generated content agencies and influencer representation for the British Council's digital marketing and communications. The single-lot framework runs from 1 July 2026 to 1 July 2028 and reopens every two years, up to 1 July 2034.
Context & Use Case
British Council teams use the framework to commission influencer partnerships and user-generated content for digital marketing and communications campaigns. Suppliers based in six European countries give teams access to local creators and agencies. Who Can Apply
Suits influencer marketing and UGC agencies with creator networks. The framework reopens every two years, up to July 2034, so agencies not appointed in June 2026 can apply at the next reopening, expected around July 2028; check the Find a Tender notice for dates.
Buyer Benefits
The British Council gets ready access to creators and content agencies in several European markets without tendering each campaign. Buyers will value authentic creators who match the target audience, clear rights management, brand safety controls and reporting that shows campaign reach and engagement.
Next Steps
Appointed agencies should agree briefing and reporting processes with British Council marketing teams so call-offs run smoothly. Other agencies should read award notice 054721-2026 on Find a Tender, prepare creator case studies with audience and engagement data, and get ready for the next reopening, expected around July 2028.
