Who Can Apply
Suits monitoring and evaluation consultancies and research organisations with international experience across multiple countries. The tender deadline was 18 May 2026, so new suppliers cannot enter this round. Unsuccessful bidders will need to wait for a future retender.
Buyer Benefits
A single global framework gives British Council teams quick access to approved evaluators, with quality standards and rates agreed up front. A helpdesk lot means small queries can be answered quickly. Buyers will value strong methods, cultural and country knowledge, practical findings that programmes can use, and value for money.
Next Steps
Bidders should watch for the award notice under reference 029825-2026 and prepare to mobilise for Lot 1 helpdesk requests or Lot 2 call-offs. Non-bidders should note the initial term to 7 September 2029 and potential extensions to 2032, and in the meantime look for evaluation work through other international development and research frameworks.
