CHIC Kitchen Materials Framework
Framework Description
CHIC's Kitchen Materials Framework 2026-30 is a four-year framework for supplying, and in some cases fitting, kitchens and associated goods, works and services for CHIC members. It is due to start on 21 December 2026 and run until 21 December 2030, with no extension. Lots cover supply only and supply with manufacturer fit on new build homes, plus a further lot set out in the tender documents.
Context & Use Case
CHIC members will award contracts from it for kitchens in new build homes, including homes built for sale, and potentially in refurbished homes on regeneration schemes. Supply only suits members with their own installers or contractors. Manufacturer fit suits new build schemes where one supplier handles both product and installation.

Who Can Apply
Kitchen manufacturers and distributors, and manufacturers with their own fitting teams, that supply residential new build and refurbishment. The framework is still being procured, so suppliers get on it by bidding in CHIC's tender ahead of the 21 December 2026 start.

Members get kitchen products at agreed prices and specifications across new build and regeneration programmes, without their own tender. Manufacturer fit gives developers a single point of responsibility for supply and installation. A four-year term lets members standardise kitchen ranges across schemes.
