Audit and Assurance Services Dynamic Purchasing System

Live

Framework Description

DPS07 Audit and Assurance Services is a national Dynamic Purchasing System hosted by Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Commercial Procurement Services (COCH CPS). It gives NHS bodies and other public sector buyers a compliant route to appoint internal auditors, external auditors, counter-fraud specialists and independent assurance providers. The DPS is open to new suppliers at any time and runs until 23 February 2029.

Context & Use Case

NHS trusts, integrated care boards and other public bodies use DPS07 to meet statutory audit duties and run risk-based internal audit programmes. It also covers specialist assurance, such as counter-fraud reviews. Each requirement is let through a competition among the suppliers admitted to the DPS, letting buyers test price and quality without a full tender.
