National Framework Agreement for Asset and Contract Lifecycle Management Services

Live

Framework Description

F/015 (2026) is a national framework for asset and contract lifecycle management services hosted by COCH Commercial Procurement Services at Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Public bodies can buy services and digital tools through it to track assets, manage contracts and see where money is spent. It remains in force until 25 May 2030.

Context & Use Case

Procurement and finance teams turn to F/015 to bring in specialist support for managing assets from purchase to disposal, managing contracts through their lifecycle, and analysing spend. It supports compliance monitoring and better use of procurement data. Trusts can buy platforms, services or both, depending on their existing systems and how mature their contract management already is.

Who Can Apply

Suits contract management software providers, asset management specialists and procurement consultancies with NHS or public sector experience. F/015 started on 26 May 2026 and is closed to new applications, so firms not already appointed will need to wait for the re-tender, likely around 25 May 2030.

Buyer Benefits

Trusts face pressure to reduce costs and show contract compliance. F/015 gives them a quick route to tools and expertise that improve spend visibility and contract control. Buyers value NHS integration experience, strong data security, clear savings evidence and practical implementation support.

Next Steps

Appointed suppliers should brief trust procurement and finance teams on what they offer through F/015, and keep case studies showing savings or compliance gains and data security credentials ready for call-offs. Others should prepare for the re-tender ahead of 25 May 2030 and, in the meantime, target trust-level tenders for contract and asset management services.

How Athena Can Help

Procurement technology buyers want clear evidence of savings. For suppliers appointed to F/015, Athena's bid consultants build case studies and win themes for each call-off, and our public sector procurement bids expertise covers pricing and social value for software and services.

If you are not on F/015, our framework pipeline planning identifies other frameworks and dynamic markets you can join now and maps the timing of this one's re-tender, so your evidence is ready when it opens.
