Framework Description
COCH Commercial Procurement Services, part of Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, runs F/050 Digital Enablement and Transformation Solutions as a national framework. NHS and public sector bodies use it to appoint agile digital partners for user research, service design, product delivery and technology enablement. The framework runs to 8 February 2027, with an option to extend by up to 12 months to 8 February 2028.
