Framework Description

Through DPS10 Water and Wastewater Retail Services, a national Dynamic Purchasing System from COCH Commercial Procurement Services at Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, public buyers can appoint water retailers in the England and Wales market and the Scottish market. It has four lots, combining each market with core or enhanced services, and runs until 30 June 2027.

Context & Use Case

Public sector buyers use DPS10 to appoint a water retailer for billing, meter management and consumption reporting across their estate. Lots 3 and 4 add water management and business continuity services, such as water efficiency, leakage work and site surveys, helping large estates such as hospitals cut water use and costs. Buyers choose the lot for their market and service level.
