eDisclosure and Review Services 2

Live

Framework Description

eDisclosure and Review Services 2 (RM6336) is a framework, closed to new applications, from the Government Commercial Agency (GCA, formerly Crown Commercial Service), designed with government stakeholders, customers and suppliers. It covers eDisclosure and document review across four lots split by volume and security classification, up to Secret and Top Secret. It runs from 7 March 2023 to 6 March 2027 with no extension.

Context & Use Case

Central government and wider public sector bodies use RM6336 mainly for disclosure in litigation, and also for regulatory compliance and other work involving large volumes of electronically stored information from laptops, phones, web applications and email. Services can be bought end to end, following the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, or as component parts such as document review.

Scope of Services

Lot 1: Simple low volume work service Lot 2: End-to-end service up to Official Lot 3: Document reviewers Lot 4: End-to-end service at Secret and Top Secret Identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production of electronically stored information

Lots

Lot 1: Simple Low Volume Work Service; Lot 2: End to End Service up to 'Official'; Lot 3: Document Reviewers; Lot 4: End to End Service 'Secret' and 'Top Secret'

Who Can Apply

Membership of RM6336 is fixed until it ends on 6 March 2027, so eDisclosure providers and document review specialists not appointed should prepare for its replacement. Firms with security-cleared teams should note the separate Secret and Top Secret lot.

Buyer Benefits

Buyers get fixed rates for standard services and unit-based pricing that makes suppliers easy to compare. High security standards and simplified call-off documents suit government litigation teams, and a good share of SME suppliers widens choice. Separate classification lots match each case's security level.

Next Steps

Appointed suppliers should push for call-offs before 6 March 2027. Others should check the GCA page (https://www.gca.gov.uk/agreements/RM6336) and GCA's upcoming agreements for the replacement eDisclosure agreement and its timetable, and prepare evidence on security accreditation, review accuracy and unit pricing.

How Athena Can Help

RM6336 ends in March 2027, so Athena helps eDisclosure providers prepare for what replaces it. Our legal technology framework applications pick the right lot and build evidence on security clearance and review quality.

Our unit pricing and bid writing helps you compete on rates without losing margin, and our government litigation tender support covers direct tenders from departments and regulators. We check each submission against the evaluation criteria. Security clearance evidence is presented clearly.
