Fund Administration & Disbursement Services DPS (FAADS)
Framework Description
The Fund Administration & Disbursement Services DPS (FAADS, RM6322) is a dynamic purchasing system run by the Government Commercial Agency (GCA, formerly Crown Commercial Service). It replaced RM6172 Grant Administration Services and covers every stage of a public funding scheme, from design to counter fraud. It is a single-lot DPS and runs until 27 November 2030, giving suppliers several years to join and compete.
Context & Use Case
Departments, arm's length bodies and other public bodies use FAADS when they need outside help to design, promote, administer, evaluate or protect funding schemes such as grants, loans, entitlement benefits and hybrid funds. A filtering system lets buyers shortlist suppliers whose services match the scheme. The DPS follows Government Functional Standard GovS 015: Grants, so responses should reflect that standard.

FAADS is open to new suppliers at any time while it runs. It suits grant administrators, programme managers, payment processors, evaluation consultancies and counter fraud specialists, including SMEs that cover only one stage of a scheme.
