Framework Description
Income Generation from Estates, Assets & IP (RM6350) is a dynamic purchasing system from the Government Commercial Agency (GCA, formerly Crown Commercial Service). It helps public bodies earn money from their property, assets and intellectual property through concessions such as vending, automated retail, ATMs, delivery lockers, sponsorship and brand licensing. It is a single-lot DPS that runs until 15 September 2028, and suppliers can apply to join at any point before then.
Context & Use Case
Central government departments, local authorities, health and education providers and charities use RM6350 when they want new revenue from spaces and assets they already hold, such as a hospital concourse, a council office foyer or a well-known public brand. Buyers run mini competitions among DPS suppliers to choose a partner. A separate GCA framework covers out-of-home advertising and car park management.

Who Can Apply
RM6350 is open to new suppliers until 15 September 2028. It suits vending and automated retail operators, ATM and locker providers, sponsorship and licensing agencies and experiential marketing firms. Smaller and newer concession operators can join on the same basis as established ones, provided they meet the entry criteria.
Buyer Benefits
Buyers gain income from assets they already hold and can tap a supplier pool that grows as new operators join. Mini competitions let them compare income offers, service levels and fit with their estate, which matters on sensitive sites such as hospitals and schools.
Next Steps
Read the RM6350 agreement page on the GCA website, follow its route for suppliers to apply, and select only the income streams you can deliver. Prepare evidence of revenue generated for landlords, site management standards and safeguarding where relevant. Joining early gives you more competitions before the DPS closes in September 2028.
