Framework Description
The Learning and Training Services DPS (RM6219) is a dynamic purchasing system from the Government Commercial Agency (GCA, formerly Crown Commercial Service), part of the Workforce Alliance portfolio with NHS Procurement in Partnership. It gives the public sector one route for training of almost every type, organised by learning category and service type. It is a single-lot DPS running until 27 October 2028, and new suppliers can join throughout. This framework is used by Crown Commercial and NHS Workforce Alliance.
Context & Use Case
Local government, combined authorities, the NHS, police, fire and rescue, housing associations, charities, education and devolved administrations use RM6219 to buy staff training. Buyers use rapid award for standard off-the-shelf courses and standard award for bespoke programmes or learning technology. That makes it a steady source of smaller, frequent contracts for training providers.

Buyer Benefits
Buyers use one DPS for very different needs, from a one-day health and safety course to a learning management system. Rapid award keeps small training purchases quick, and filtering by category and service type means they see only relevant suppliers.
