Framework Description
Technology Products & Associated Services 2 (TePAS 2, RM6098) is a 48-month framework from the Government Commercial Agency (GCA, formerly Crown Commercial Service), run with ESPO, and applications are closed. It covers hardware, software licences and IT services across eight lots, including lots for information-assured technology, health and social care, education and circular IT. It runs to 9 October 2027. This framework is used by Crown Commercial and APUC.
Context & Use Case
UK public sector organisations use TePAS 2 to buy end user devices, infrastructure, peripherals, consumables and off-the-shelf software, with installation, asset management and end user support. There is no maximum call-off term, and goods can be bought outright, leased or provided as a service. Buyers can use further competition, direct award or the technology catalogue under lot 8.

Who Can Apply
Membership of TePAS 2 is fixed, so manufacturers, channel partners and resellers not appointed cannot join before it ends on 9 October 2027. Specialists in health, education, information-assured or circular IT should prepare for the successor, as the current generation has a dedicated lot for each.
Buyer Benefits
Buyers have three ways to buy, no maximum call-off term and lots designed for health, education and secure environments. Supply chain assurance through Electronics Watch affiliation helps them meet ethical sourcing duties, and the circular IT lot supports sustainability targets.
Next Steps
Monitor the GCA page (https://www.gca.gov.uk/agreements/RM6098), GCA's upcoming agreements and ESPO for the TePAS 2 successor ahead of 9 October 2027. Prepare evidence on supply chain ethics, sustainability and sector delivery. Appointed suppliers should keep catalogue pricing sharp and win further competitions before the framework ends.
How Athena Can Help
Athena helps technology resellers prepare for the TePAS 2 successor. Our IT framework registration service chooses the lots that suit your portfolio and builds evidence on supply chain ethics and circular IT before the tender.
Appointed suppliers can use our hardware and software bid pricing to win further competitions on margin-tight deals, and our IT tender support for schools, trusts and other sector buyers. Each draft is reviewed against the evaluation criteria.
