This is a Department for Work and Pensions preliminary market engagement for employment support products to sit behind the new Jobs and Careers Service (JCS). DWP is exploring third-party solutions, including AI-enabled tools, across twelve categories from career advice to interview preparation. It is not yet a framework: DWP says this engagement will shape a procurement strategy that may involve several procurements run in phases or in parallel.
