Framework Description
East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Framework for 4x4 Vehicles is a single-lot framework for the supply of four-wheel-drive vehicles to the council from approved dealers. Applications for this framework are closed (it is not a DPS), and it runs to 21 June 2030 with no extension. The council uses it to standardise how it buys 4x4 vehicles for operational services across the East Riding area.

Suits authorised 4x4 vehicle dealers with public sector supply experience. The framework was tendered in spring 2026 and is now live, so dealers not already appointed cannot join until the council re-tenders it, which is likely around 21 June 2030.
