Framework Description
Energia Group's Strategic Consultancy and Technology Services Framework supports technology transformation across its electricity and gas businesses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Energia supplies around 300,000 residential and small business customers in the Republic, and around 550,000 customers in Northern Ireland through Power NI, plus large industrial and commercial customers. The framework runs to 31 July 2031 with no extension.

Energia uses the framework to bring in partners for its technology transformation strategy, covering customer services, operational systems and sustainability.
