Framework Description
Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Bio LPG (reference 92_26) is an ESPO single-lot framework for bulk and cylinder LPG and Bio LPG. It runs from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028, with an option to extend to 30 April 2030. Its pricing mechanisms are designed to keep prices competitive over the long term. The Procurement Act 2023 governs it, and its supplier list is fixed.
Context & Use Case
Off-gas-grid schools and other public sites use it to buy LPG for heating, hot water and cooking, in bulk tanks or cylinders. Bio LPG gives buyers a lower-carbon option. For rural schools, a reliable supplier keeps buildings warm through winter. Buyers choose between direct call-off and further competitive selection under Procurement Act 2023 rules.

Who Can Apply
