ESPO's Lubricating Oils, Greases and Anti-Freeze framework (reference 106_23) covers UK-wide supply and delivery of lubricants, greases, antifreeze and ancillary items, mainly for municipal fleets. It runs from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2027 with no extension. There is one lot, and the framework was procured under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. ESPO's successor, 106_27, is due to go live in January 2027.
Context & Use Case
Council and other public sector fleets use it to keep vehicles and plant supplied with engine, transmission, gear, agricultural, hydraulic and compressor oils, plus greases and antifreeze.
