Framework Description
Pest Control Products and Services 150_25 is ESPO's framework for buying pest control products and proactive, reactive and emergency pest control services. It has three lots, was procured under the Procurement Act 2023 and is not a DPS. It runs from 19 December 2025 to 18 December 2028, with an option to extend to 18 December 2029.
Context & Use Case
Local authorities, housing providers and schools use 150_25 for scheduled preventive visits, responses to infestations and urgent call-outs, or simply to buy products for their own teams to use. Call-offs can be made without competition or through a further competitive selection process, so a school can place a small contract quickly while a council competes a borough-wide service.

Suits pest control contractors with emergency response capacity and suppliers of pest control products. 150_25 is closed to new applications until ESPO re-tenders it, which is likely around 18 December 2028 or, with the extension, 18 December 2029.

Splitting products from services lets organisations with in-house teams buy materials only.
