Framework Description
ESPO's Procurement and Contract Management Support for Cleaning Services framework (reference 263C_25) appoints specialist consultancies to help public sector customers run further competitions under ESPO's Total Cleaning Service Solutions framework (263_25) and to manage cleaning contracts afterwards. A single-lot agreement, it was procured under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is not a DPS. It runs from 9 April 2025 to 8 April 2027, with an option to extend to 8 April 2029.
