Framework Description
ESPO's Water Dispensers, Associated Consumables and Services framework (reference 900_26) offers a simple and competitive route to water dispensers, their consumables and servicing, with advice and guidance from suppliers. It is a single-lot framework procured under the Procurement Act 2023 and is not a DPS. It runs from 20 April 2026 to 19 April 2028, with an option to extend to 19 April 2030.
Context & Use Case
Schools, academies and other public sector organisations use 900_26 to provide drinking water for pupils, staff and visitors, buying dispensers, the consumables they need and the servicing that keeps them hygienic. Call-offs can be made without competition or through a further competitive selection process, so one school can order quickly while a larger trust can compete across sites.

Who Can Apply
Suits water dispenser suppliers and service companies with coverage of public sector sites. 900_26 began in April 2026 and applications are closed, so new suppliers cannot join until ESPO re-tenders, likely around 19 April 2028 or, if extended, 19 April 2030.
