Framework Description
The National Play Equipment DPS is run by Forestry England for the design, supply, installation and maintenance of play equipment across England. As a dynamic purchasing system, it lets new suppliers apply to join while it is open, so the pool of qualified suppliers grows over time. It is live and runs until 27 October 2028 with no extension listed.
Context & Use Case
Forestry England uses it to buy play provision for public spaces across England, from new play area designs to replacing worn equipment and maintaining existing play spaces. Projects are awarded through competitions among suppliers admitted to the DPS, so being on it is the way to be invited to quote.

Buyer Benefits

Next Steps
Read the Find a Tender notice and the DPS documents, then submit your application through the portal named there. Prepare evidence of play equipment safety standards, design portfolios for public play spaces, installation and maintenance experience, insurances and policies. Once admitted, respond to competitions promptly, as they continue until 27 October 2028.
