Framework Description
Fusion21's Cleaning and Washroom Services DPS is a national dynamic purchasing system covering everything from integrated cleaning packages to specialist services, including daily cleaning, consumables, waste, washroom hygiene, deep cleans and window cleaning. It started on 1 March 2021, has a single lot and runs until 7 February 2027. Social value delivery is built into the DPS terms and conditions.
Context & Use Case
Fusion21 members use it to buy routine and specialist cleaning for offices, education buildings, healthcare sites and student accommodation, including summer turnaround cleans. Because the DPS stays open, members can bring local suppliers, nominated suppliers or their incumbent into a competition. Social value commitments can be tailored to each contract, then monitored and reported for every call-off.

Suits cleaning contractors of all sizes, from local SMEs to multinationals, with the right accreditations and public sector experience. The DPS stays open to new suppliers throughout its term, so you can apply now, but with the 7 February 2027 end date approaching, apply soon to get value from it.
