Fusion21's Painting, Decorating & Associated Repairs framework gives public sector bodies a route to painting, decorating and related repairs, organised into four sector lots: housing, education, health and the wider public sector. Supply partners are selected by region to support local delivery. Applications for this framework are closed (it is not a DPS), and it runs until 19 March 2027.

Housing providers, schools and colleges, health bodies and other public organisations use it to maintain and refresh their buildings, each buying through the lot for its own sector so that decorators understand the setting they will work in. Specifications are flexible, so buyers can shape work to their sites, and the framework is built to generate social value such as local employment.
