Framework Description
Gloucestershire County Council is procuring a Medium Size Capital Maintenance and Project Works framework for jobs valued from £15,000 to £150,000. It has six lots, including separate general building lots for minor (£15,000 to £50,000) and medium (£50,000 to £150,000) works, plus specialist trades. It is estimated at £9 million and due to run from 5 April 2027 to 1 April 2031.
Context & Use Case
The council will use it for capital maintenance and improvement projects across its corporate estate, routing work by value band and trade, so roofing, M&E or window schemes go to specialists while broader works go to general builders in the right band. The M&E lot includes lifts, door entry and other capital items. Market engagement drop-in sessions ran across Gloucestershire in May 2026.
