Framework Description
Homes England is renewing its Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DaRTS) framework, which supports housing and regeneration on its land across England. DaRTS 2 is planned to run from 18 April 2027 to 17 April 2031, replacing the current framework when it expires in April 2027. It is expected to have two lots, subject to further discussion, with a planned total value of £240 million.
Context & Use Case
Homes England, the national housing agency, uses DaRTS to bring in professional and technical advice for the land and development projects it funds and leads. Disciplines range from design, planning and infrastructure to cost, valuation, project management, ecology and land surveying. Commissions are awarded by direct award or further competition, and Lot 2 focuses on place-making, masterplanning and design.
