Framework Description
KCS Procurement Services' Training, Learning and Development Solutions framework is a national agreement running until 28 February 2029. It covers training consultancy, learning platforms, standard and bespoke courses, evaluation and reporting, and venue management for UK public bodies. It is a traditional framework agreement with a fixed supplier list rather than a DPS.
Context & Use Case
Schools, local authorities, NHS trusts and emergency services use it for mandatory and compliance training, leadership development, bespoke technical courses and learning platforms. A council rolling out a management development programme, or a trust needing training records on a platform, can appoint a provider without a separate tender. Evaluation and reporting help buyers show the impact of their training spend.

Who Can Apply
Training providers, learning and development consultancies and digital learning platform suppliers with public sector clients, accreditations and trainer competence. Applications for this framework are closed, so new suppliers cannot join until KCS re-tenders, likely around 28 February 2029.
