Framework Description
KCS's Uniform, Clothing and Associated Services framework supplies uniforms and clothing to public bodies across the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. It has two lots: uniform and associated services; and uniform and clothing accessories, kit bags and footwear. It ends on 30 November 2026 with no extension option, and is not a Dynamic Purchasing System.
Context & Use Case
Police forces, fire services, NHS bodies, charities, schools, academies and local authorities use it to supply staff with standard and bespoke uniforms, and the accessories, kit bags and footwear that go with them. Associated services such as fitting, alterations and branding help buyers keep a consistent, professional look across large workforces.

Uniform manufacturers, distributors and garment service providers. Applications for this framework are closed and it is almost at its end, so new suppliers cannot join it. The opportunity is whatever replaces it, so suppliers should be ready to bid when KCS goes to market.
