Framework Description
L&Q's Scaffolding DPS, run through its subsidiary Quadrant Construction Services, appoints scaffolding sub-contractors for L&Q's self-delivered new build housing projects. It is a single-lot DPS that closes on 3 August 2032 and accepts new contractors throughout. Applications are made through L&Q's In-tend supplier portal, and scaffolders can join whenever they meet the pre-qualification criteria.
Context & Use Case
Quadrant Construction Services runs a mini-competition for each project under the DPS rules, choosing a scaffolding sub-contractor for each development. Work covers access scaffolding and temporary works on residential schemes, with inspection and maintenance for the life of the build. Because the DPS stays open to new entrants for its full term, admitted scaffolders can compete for project after project.
