Windows DPS
Framework Description
London and Quadrant Housing Trust's Windows DPS buys windows for L&Q's self-delivered new build projects, built by its subsidiary Quadrant Construction Services. It is for window manufacturers and suppliers only, set up under Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and runs until 21 February 2029. Suppliers and products can be submitted for admission at any time during that period.
Context & Use Case
L&Q competes window packages for each development among admitted suppliers, registered for one or more product categories. Admission is not permanent: poor KPI scores on projects, regularly uncompetitive tenders, failure to respond to enquiries, or a fall in financial standing or credit score can lead to suspension, removal or a change of lots.

Who Can Apply
Window manufacturers and suppliers able to meet L&Q's admission criteria. Applications are accepted until 6pm on 19 February 2029; the Standard Selection Questionnaire is the only requirement, and unsuccessful applicants can resubmit a revised one after the initial mini-competition.
