Who Can Apply
HSE-licensed asbestos removal contractors and firms carrying out non-licensed asbestos work, including SMEs, with a track record of safe delivery in occupied buildings. It will not accept new applications once awarded, so suppliers join only by winning a place through this procurement; check Find a Tender for its current stage.
Buyer Benefits
One framework covering removal, encapsulation, surveys, testing and emergency response gives the authority quick access to licensed contractors for both planned works and urgent discoveries. Lots by geography, value or work type spread opportunities across specialists and SMEs, and the documentation requirements support an auditable compliance record.
