Framework Description
London and Quadrant Housing Trust's Managing Agent DPS buys housing management, care and support services through 17 categories, from addiction recovery and mental health to older persons and young people. It can be used by L&Q and by other housing associations and public sector organisations. Suppliers are admitted after passing a selection questionnaire, and the DPS runs until 11 October 2028. It was advertised under Find a Tender notice 020729-2024.
Context & Use Case
When L&Q or another authorised user needs a managing agent, it issues a Request for Service to admitted suppliers in the relevant category, and selects one based on the DPS rules. This suits housing providers that want an external organisation to manage homes or deliver care and support for residents, without running a full tender each time.

Who Can Apply
Managing agents, housing management companies and care and support providers, including SMEs and specialists. As a DPS, it accepts applications at any time before 11 October 2028; admission depends on passing the selection questionnaire.
Buyer Benefits
Because other housing associations can use it, the DPS gives smaller landlords access to vetted managing agents without their own procurement. Requests for Service let buyers compare proposals for each requirement, and 17 categories mean they can find agents with the right mix of housing management and care experience.
Next Steps
Read notice 020729-2024 and the DPS documents to see the 17 categories and selection criteria. Register on L&Q's In-tend portal, complete the selection questionnaire for the categories you cover, and prepare housing management, care registration and safeguarding evidence. Respond promptly to Requests for Service once admitted.
