The Legal Framework Property Charging Advice is a National Framework Partnership (NFP) framework for legal advice on charges over property. Applications for this framework are closed (it is not a Dynamic Purchasing System), and it expires on 31 October 2026. Public sector clients can instruct the appointed firms until then for work on creating, documenting and enforcing property charges.
