The Expert Advice DPS is a Dynamic Purchasing System run by the National Wealth Fund to buy consultancy and professional advisory services. It is live until 31 January 2029. Unlike frameworks that are closed to new applications, a DPS stays open to new suppliers for its whole term, so consultancies can apply to join at any point and then compete for individual contracts as they are issued.
