NEPO222 Aggregates, Concrete & Pre-cast Products is a ranked framework for supplying aggregates, cement, concrete, mortar, kerbs and pre-cast products across the North East and North Yorkshire. Nine suppliers are appointed across regional lots. It started on 1 November 2025 and runs to 31 October 2033, with no extension listed, and is available to NEPO Member Authorities and North East Associate Members.
Context & Use Case
Highways, construction and maintenance teams at NEPO Member Authorities and North East Associate Members draw on NEPO222 for regular material supply. It is split into nine geographic lots, from Northumberland to North Yorkshire, so buyers can select the first-ranked supplier for their area and product without a mini-competition. That suits frequent, time-critical deliveries to sites and depots.

Suits quarry operators, concrete producers and pre-cast manufacturers that can deliver into one or more of the regional lots. Applications for NEPO222 are closed, so suppliers not among the nine appointed cannot join until it is re-procured near its 31 October 2033 end date.
