Framework Description
NEPO307 Liquid Fuels is NEPO's framework for diesel, gas oil, kerosene, petrol and AdBlue for any public sector organisation in the UK. It is split into ten lots: lots 1 to 7 use ranked direct award, while lots 8 to 10 use further competition. It is a standard framework, not a DPS, running to 31 October 2027 with an option to extend to 31 October 2029.
Context & Use Case
Councils, emergency services, schools and other public bodies use NEPO307 to keep fleets fuelled and buildings heated. Ranked direct award suits routine deliveries where speed matters, while further competition lots let larger buyers test the market for bigger or more complex requirements. The framework is open to any UK public body, so use reaches well beyond the North East.

Who Can Apply
Suits fuel distributors able to deliver reliably to public sector sites. Applications for NEPO307 are closed, so distributors not appointed cannot join until it is re-tendered, likely around October 2027 or, if extended, October 2029.
