NEPO303 Meter Operator (MOP) Services is NEPO's framework for installing, registering, maintaining and replacing meters, and managing the communication systems they rely on, for public sector organisations. It also covers supply of new meters when existing ones fail checks or reach end of life. It is a single-lot framework, not a DPS, running to 31 March 2028 with no extension listed.
