Framework Description
The new NEPO502 Office, Educational & Catering Supplies framework gives contracting authorities a route to buy everyday consumables and equipment across six lots, from office supplies to light kitchen equipment. It replaced the previous NEPO502 solution and runs from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2030. Most lots have a primary and a contingency supplier, while promotional print is a multi-supplier lot.
Context & Use Case
Councils, schools and other public bodies buy large volumes of stationery, printer consumables, educational products and catering disposables. They order most items from the primary supplier for each lot, with a contingency supplier as back-up, and run mini competitions for promotional print. Core and non-core product lists let buyers handle bespoke needs alongside everyday items.

Suits suppliers of office, educational, print and catering products. Applications for this framework are closed, so suppliers not appointed cannot join until it is re-procured, likely around April 2030. Print firms not on the promotional print lot cannot take part in its mini competitions.
