Framework Description
NEPO507 Travel Management Services is NEPO's framework for business travel for the whole UK public sector, covering rail, air and hotel booking. It includes access to ClickCare, a traveller risk management package, and a traveller education programme with 200 training resources and communication tools at no extra cost. It is a single-lot framework, not a DPS, running to 31 July 2030 with an option to extend to 31 July 2032.
Context & Use Case
Councils, health bodies, universities and other public organisations use NEPO507 to book staff travel through one travel management company, with consistent booking rules, reporting and duty of care. ClickCare supports employers in tracking and protecting staff while they travel, and the education programme helps them encourage safe, policy-compliant travel without extra cost.

Who Can Apply
Suits travel management companies with public sector experience. Applications for this framework are closed, so companies not appointed cannot join until it is re-tendered, likely around July 2030 or, if extended, July 2032. Companies should use the time to build public sector references.
Buyer Benefits
Public bodies need control over travel spend, clear reporting and a way to meet their duty of care to staff away from base. A national framework with risk management and traveller education included gives them all three without running their own procurement.
