Who Can Apply

Suits CQC-registered home care providers with capacity in one or more Newcastle zones and trained, supervised staff. Check Find a Tender notice 033038-2026 for whether and when the framework accepts new providers, as it is not a Dynamic Purchasing System.

Buyer Benefits

The council has a duty under the Care Act 2014 to meet eligible needs, so it needs reliable, CQC-registered providers in every part of the city. Zones help it match providers to local demand, cut travel time between visits and maintain continuity of care for residents.

Next Steps

Read Find a Tender notice 033038-2026 to confirm the framework's entry route and evaluation criteria. Prepare evidence of CQC registration, staff training, safeguarding and specialist care, such as dementia and end-of-life support, and set out your capacity and recruitment plans for each zone you want to cover.
