Framework Description
NHS London Procurement Partnership's OneLondon Local Health and Care Record Exemplar DPS, now listed as the Implementation Support for Digital Health Systems DPS (formerly One London DPS), is a dynamic purchasing system for digital health implementation support. It grew out of the OneLondon shared care record programme, started on 1 December 2019 and runs to 23 February 2029. It is accessible to all public sector bodies.
Context & Use Case
London NHS trusts, including hospital, community, mental health and ambulance services, used it to buy technology and infrastructure for the OneLondon shared care record. Its scope now covers implementation support for digital health systems more widely, so commissioners use it to resource integration, go-live support, data migration and programme management when they deploy or replace clinical systems.

Who Can Apply
Suits health IT consultancies, integration specialists, data migration firms and implementation partners with NHS experience. As a live DPS, it can admit new suppliers while it runs, so check the LPP framework page for how to apply before the 23 February 2029 end date.
Buyer Benefits
Buyers get a compliant route to specialist implementation support without a full tender each time, from suppliers already vetted for digital health work. Because the DPS covers resourcing for current and future needs, trusts can bring in integration or data migration expertise quickly when a go-live is at risk or a programme needs extra capacity.
Next Steps
Read the Implementation Support for Digital Health Systems DPS page on the LPP website and follow LPP's guidance on becoming a supplier to find the application route. Prepare NHS case studies on integration, go-live and data migration, information governance and security evidence, and team CVs. Once admitted, watch for trust competitions before the DPS ends on 23 February 2029.
